Full Stack AI Engineer
Build production AI systems end-to-end — from backend architecture and agent orchestration to the interfaces operators actually use.
About the role
We're looking for a senior full-stack engineer who wants to ship real AI systems — not demos. You'll work directly with clients, embed in their operations, and build the systems that run their business. Everything we ship is production-grade and client-owned from day one.
What you'll do
- Design and build end-to-end AI systems — from data pipelines and agent orchestration to the operator interfaces teams use daily
- Integrate directly into client stacks: CRMs, ERPs, databases, and custom APIs
- Own the full engineering lifecycle: scoping, architecture, build, and post-deployment tuning
- Work alongside Solutions Architects to translate business workflows into reliable AI systems
- Maintain and improve live systems as the AI landscape evolves
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of production engineering experience — you've shipped real systems at scale
- Strong command of TypeScript/Python and modern AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
- Experience integrating with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) in production environments
- Comfort working across the stack: databases, backend APIs, and client-facing interfaces
- High agency — you figure things out and move fast without needing hand-holding
Nice to have
- Experience with agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or multi-model orchestration
- Consulting or client-facing engineering background
- Familiarity with enterprise compliance and security requirements
